A Healthier Workforce
Corporate wellness programs give employees incentives, tools, social support, privacy and strategies to adopt and maintain healthy behaviors. I offer such services as "wellness weeks" where employees can learn about new wellness tactics each day, participate in a yoga class or meditation session, and learn healthy hacks for work/life balance, as well as offering yoga and meditation program outlines and activation, one-on one-wellness coaching, plant based healing programs and more.
